I cannot click on him with my laptop...only on my desktop, which is a real bummer! I've tried time and time again, with NO LUCK!!!

Also, I have a question...so...tonight Doug wanted the River Ripple, which I didn't have. So...I waited an hour or so, and went back in to see him in another zone, and he said "you've already had your chance today." But I thought he might give me another gem choice that maybe I had this time... but I guess that would be a no-go, huh???

That happened to me, as well. And, it was on my account that has the most gems on it too. UGH. Also, dummy me tried it again with another account, because I thought maybe I had just Xed out too many times the first time. LOL. That was a pretty unproductive day for me. Hopefully, tomorrow will be your lucky day, and you will have all the gems he is looking for, and that he gives you a great deal, as well.
