Thanks, Popcorn! Does anyone else have trouble with blue screens and having to log in and out over and over again...? Especially if I have to "switch rooms."

i have tons of trouble- i got nothing new today- he wanted three gems for whatever is after the throne- i had a fair amount but couldnt get the right selection......

Grrrrrrrrrrrr, I fiinally figured this out. Some have been saying if you don't have the gems that Doug wants then click on "cancel" and go back and try again. Well I've tried that --- he just kept telling me that he couldn't help me and to try again tomorrow. Well, if I click on "log out" that doesn't get me out either, but clicking on the "x" near the log out does and I can get back in and try to offer him another set of gems. Will try that tomorrow if he asks for something I don't have (again). Just need the large tropy and the water falls on my main account!

You need to hit switch rooms, not on the part what he is asking for. DO NOT HIT NO.

I had the EXACT same problem 5Bunnies!!! And now, I hit "SWITCH ROOMS" until he offers me all of the gems I have! IT'S FANTABULOUS!!! Of course, now, I am kind of low on gems, so I can't sit there FOREVER and keep trying, so I'll have to get some more gems, but it works GREAT as long as you have a pretty good variety of gems!!!!

I just went on my niece's account, and she doesn't have hardly any gems, but finally he picked the one uncommon gem, the carat eclipse, after switching rooms SEVERAL TIMES, and he said he gave her KINZCASH!!! I don't want KINZCASH! I want gem stuff?!?!? What's up with that??
